Kopfkino Group is supporting the client with the complete manufacturing, documentation, and compliance validation of Heat Exchanger (HX) systems designed to ASME VIII-1. The scope includes preparing and reviewing MDRs, welding documents, inspection records, and required test procedures. We are also assisting with piping design and testing to ASME B31.3/B31.5 for Ammonia (NH₃) and Cooling Water services, covering material verification, service classification, pressure–temperature rating checks, and hydrostatic/pneumatic test compliance. Overall, Kopfkino Group ensures end-to-end design, documentation, and regulatory conformity for HX fabrication and associated piping systems.
