Project Overview:
Kopfkino Group provided end-to-end engineering support for a hygienic Water for Injection (WFI) and clean steam distribution loop designed for high-purity pharmaceutical service. The scope included detailed design, material and welding specifications, hygienic component selection, and documentation compliant with ASME B31.3 (U), ASME BPE, and Ontario Regulation 220/01.
The system was engineered to ensure ultra-clean flow paths, sanitary fabrication requirements, and robust process safety for WFI and steam service. The project delivered a fully compliant, inspection-ready package supporting GMP and critical process reliability.
