Project Overview:
Kopfkino Group delivered a complete engineering and quality assurance package for the fabrication and installation of shop and field process spools. Our scope included developing and qualifying Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Welding Procedure Qualification Records (WPQR), and preparing Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) in accordance with ASME Section IX and ASME B31.3 requirements.
All activities were executed in compliance with Ontario Regulation 220/01 for pressure systems, covering steam and air service. The project ensured high-integrity welds, regulatory conformity, and seamless integration with the client’s operational systems.
